SONIC CHOP SHOP with D Numbers Creative looping, signal flow, and live signal-processing workshops. Learn the basics of creative looping and processing of instruments and sounds in a live performance context. Sonic Chop Shop fuses the interests, abilities and instruments of the attendants with the unique performance rig of D Numbers. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own instruments, pedals, loopers, processors, drum machines, sequencers, mixing boards and voices to the workshop. The fusion will begin right off the bat. It is an experiment in the art of electro-acoustic music process with total strangers.
